Office Staff

Natalie Practice Manager/Orthognathic Surgery Coordinator/Surgical Assistant

I have experience in every dental specialty however, Oral Surgery is by far my favorite! Along with being the Practice Manager, I am also the Orthognathic Coordinator. One of the most fulfilling parts of my work is following our jaw surgery patients through their entire treatment journey, the results are truly life changing. I’m so fortunate to be part of such an incredible team and we all strive to provide an exceptional experience for our patients. When I’m not at work you’ll usually find me with my husband- Sean, our son- Miles and our dogs Rose and Stella or spending time with our family and friends. We enjoy going to festivals, car shows and traveling to check out the historic sites and food scenes in other cities.

Zofeen PR & Marketing Manager

I have managed and marketed non-profit events since 2005. My work moved me from Canada to New York, Boston, Indiana, Dayton and now the Queen City! I worked in Dental/Oral surgery administration at IU School of Dentistry for 4 years and have worked in Boston and Dayton in hospital and private practice settings since 2007. I am proud to be a part of Dr. Khan’s team and look forward to getting to know the Cincy/NKY community!

Brigitte Business Manager & HR

I have been with the practice for 30 years. Studied Business Administration at Northern Kentucky University. Hobbies include running, chicken keeper, dog lover and spending time with family.

Tiffany Front Office Coordinator

I love being a part of the About Face team and helping patients coordinate the treatment they need. I moved here from Virginia in 2016 and when you call the office, you’ll notice my Virginian accent is still going strong. I’m happy to call Cincinnati my home, living here with my husband- Ryan, our son- Javan and our three dogs. In our spare time we like to work on home renovation projects, go kayaking and traveling back home to Virginia to see our family.

Brittany Front Office Coordinator

My journey in the dental field began with General Dentistry in 2022. I am honored to be a part of the About Face Surgical Arts team. I greatly enjoy working with our patients and helping with their needs. Outside of work, I enjoy spending my free time with family and friends and being outdoors.

Katie Front Office Coordinator

I am very excited and thankful to be a part of this team. I grew up in Anderson Township and it is such a privilege to help take care of all of our patients but, especially those living within my hometown community. My boyfriend and I have a German Shepherd named Goose. I love to go camping, hiking, kayaking, and most importantly- spending time with family and friends.

Clinical Staff

Tracy Surgical Assistant & Dental Implant Coordinator

I have been an assistant for 20 years, and have filled many positions in the office. I am now in charge of all dental implant reconstruction. This position also requires coordination of complicated treatment plans and careful planning between Dr. Khurram A. Khan and your dentist. All dental implant reconstruction requires three-dimensional imaging, and I am well trained in these advanced techniques. I am First Surgical Assistant on all dental implant reconstruction and also assist our doctor in other office and hospital-based dento-alveolar surgical procedures.

Kirsten Surgical Assistant & Dental Implant Coordinator

I've been in the dental field since 2017 and oral surgery has been a strong interest of mine since I began this journey. I am happy to be a part of this team and pursuing my desire to work in oral surgery. I’m very passionate about patient care and having had a variety of dental work done myself, I'm able to closely relate with patient's fears, concerns and experiences. Outside of work, I stay very active playing sand volleyball, participating in cardio classes, taking bike rides with my son, hiking with the pups or getting my praise on at church. I live every day with a positive and joyful attitude!

Jen Surgical Assistant & Dental Implant Coordinator

I have been working in the dental field since 2007. I love every minute of it. I have been in oral surgery for over 6 years. I like meeting new people and treating them like family. I have four kids and three dogs. I love being with my family, being outdoors, and doing crafts in my free time.
